DUBAL’s commitment to excellence in products quality and offering professional service is also reflected in our water quality and supply services. At the present we offer two types of waters which are high purity distilled and potable water.

High Purity Distilled Water: Through excellence in operating practices, maintenance and a well-equipped laboratory we can offer Distilled Water of extremely high purity, unequalled in the region. Some of the applications of this product by our customers include food processing, perfumeries, boilers feed water and in producing medical grade water.

Distilled water is supplied through pipelines to some of our customers. Other customers are supplied through a dedicated tanker filling point located in DUBAL.

Potable Water: To ensure the highest quality, DUBAL’s Seawater Desalination Operations was the first such plant in the world to implement a potable water disinfection system which protects the water from potential contamination during distribution, as required by the authorities, yet minimises the risk of producing potentially harmful disinfection by products (DBPs). DUBAL’s potable water meets the Dubai Municipality and World Health Organisation drinking water quality requirements. Our extensive network of customers use DUBAL’s potable water for producing bottled water, domestic use, various industrial applications and others.

Potable water is delivered through pipelines to some of our customers. Large numbers of our customers are served through our unique and largest-of-its-kind Tanker Water Filling Station, where a substantial number of tankers are served daily.

DUBAL’s Water Products may be supplied through pipeline, if the customer’s location permits the laying down of pipes. Alternatively, it may be transported by tanker: potable water is supplied through the Tanker Water Filling Station located adjacent to DUBAL; and distilled water is supplied directly from the Desalination Plant.
