DUBAL also produces extrusion billets for wheel forging, for architectural purposes such as window and door frames and hard alloys for machining as well as for automotive applications. These superior qualities of wrought- alloyed aluminium round extrusion ingots are produced using 'Airslip' hot top casting technology, homogenized and 100 per cent ultrasonically inspected.
Famous landmarks using DUBAL aluminium include The Opera House in Singapore; Malaysia's Petronas Towers; and Dubai's Burj Al Arab and Grand Hyatt hotels (also the Burj Dubai, currently under construction, which will be the tallest building in the world on completion).
