DUBAL Suggestion Scheme

The DUBAL Suggestion Scheme was started in May 1981 with the simple intention of involving the most valuable asset of any organization - our people. Today, this highly successful programme is widely recognised regionally and internationally.

Over the past 28 years, the DUBAL Suggestion Scheme has achieved audited, cumulative savings amounting to AED 94 million from a total of 95,400 implemented and awarded suggestions. During 2008 alone, the company implemented almost 8,000 suggestions, resulting in audited savings worth almost AED 4.94 million and 100 per cent participation from eligible employees.

Many DUBAL suggestions have won awards, in international competitions, including Ideas.UK of the United Kingdom and America's Employee Involvement Association ("EIA").
