Successful Suggestion Scheme Programme
The DUBAL Suggestion Scheme was started in May 1981 with the simple intention of involving the most valuable asset of any organization - its people. Today, this highly successful programme is widely recognized regionally and internationally. Over the past 27 years, the DUBAL Suggestion Scheme has achieved cumulative savings amounting to AED 73 million from a total of 676,475 awarded suggestions. During 2007 alone, the company implemented more than 10,000 suggestions, resulting in audited savings worth almost AED 18.7 million and 100% participation from eligible employees.
Many DUBAL suggestions have won awards in international competitions, including Ideas.UK of the United Kingdom and America’s Employee Involvement Association (“EIA”).
